Last year we listed the 5 Best Trick or Treat Locations in Los Angeles. This year we list the 5 best pumpkin patches in Los Angeles. Without further ado, the list is as follows:
1. Shawn’s Pumpkin Patch
Shawn’s Pumpkin Patch has locations in Santa Monica and Inglewood. Their pumpkin patches are complete with inflatable bounce houses, petting zoos, mazes made out of bales of straw, toys for kids to play with, and of course tons and tons of pumpkins. They also offer packages for schools and other large group outings.
2. Tina’s Pumpkin Patch
Tina’s Pumpkin Patch is located in Sherman Oaks, making it a great spot for residents of the Valley. In addition to picking their favorite pumpkins, little ones can enjoy pony rides, a petting zoo, train rides, a straw maze, and inflatable bouncers. Admission is free and tickets for activities cost between $3 to $5.
3. Cottone And Sons Pumpkin Patch
For South Bay residents, Cottone and Sons Pumpkin Patch in Torrance is an excellent choice. Like the other best pumpkin patches in Los Angeles, Cottone and Sons offers inflatable bouners, pony rides, a petting zoo, and offers school trips and birthday parties. In addition to pumpkins, they also provide straw bales, corn stalks, Indian corn, colored squash, and handmade crafts.
4. Tapia Brothers Farm
For the past 30 years, Tapia Brothers’ Farm in Encino has hosted a pumpkin patch including a huge corn maze, a tractor-pulled train ride, a roasted corn stand, a hay wagon ride, and more. The farm is so huge that a map is provided upon entry, which also includes a trivia game and chance to win a $100 prize!
5. Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch
Formerly located in West Hollywood, this pumpkin patch has relocated to Culver City. The pumpkin patch offers face painting, pony rides, food and rink stands, and even a shaved ice stand. It may be the fall season, but it’s never too cold in Los Angeles for some shaved ice.
