Miley Cyrus Acquires $2.53m Malibu Home
Miley Cyrus recently acquired a home in the Ramirez Canyon area of Malibu, adding to her already-long list of properties and homes. Sitting on 2.06 acres of land and described as a “private sanctuary”, Miley Cyrus is sure to spend many of her summer days relaxing at her new home. Thankfully 2.06 acres is likely enough space to avoid spats with Miley’s neighbors over loud parties. Take note Justin Bieber.
Originally built in 1958 at a meager 1,384 square feet, the home has since been substantially renovated and improved. The home now boasts four bedrooms and three and one-half bathrooms on two floors of living space. The interior also contains a high-ceiling great room with heated stone floors (for those frigid winter nights), custom accordion glass doors, a media room, and a cook’s kitchen. The exterior of the home includes a private balcony off the master bedroom, a patio off of the living area, an outdoor gazebo with a hot tub, a two-car garage, and plenty of space for outdoor parties. When Miley Cyrus gets bored with all of that, she can take a short stroll to Paradise Cove beach, just on the other side of PCH.

The home was originally listed in September of 2015 for $2.995m. After cutting the price to $2.75m in December of 2015, Miley Cyrus ultimately acquired it in January for $2.525m. It was previously owned by Thomas Gottschalk, a German radio and television host, who acquired the property in 2001 for $1.15m.
