We originally represented these clients when they purchased this home in 2014 for $645,000. Unfortunately the buyer who initially opened escrow on the property had a change of heart and cancelled escrow. However, we were prepared to quickly shift gears and put a backup offer into escrow. Escrow went extremely smoothly this time – no credits, price reductions, or repairs negotiated during escrow. Less than 30 days later, our clients earned a 55% return on their investment, plus the return of the equity invested into the home.
