When our first-time buyers first approached us, they already had a clear vision of what they wanted in a new home, but needed guidance in identifying the perfect property and navigating the purchase and escrow process. As a result, we were able to quickly assist with identifying what many would consider a dream home. The property’s original construction began in 2012 and was completed in 2017, designed by architect Gustavo Gubel. The first-floor’s open layout is flooded with natural light from over sized windows and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, all designed to highlight the property’s magnificent views of the Hollywood Hills. The upstairs bedrooms similarly feature west-facing windows, where guests will be able to enjoy views of the Hollywood sign and Griffith Observatory. The home features numerous other bonus features such as a three-car garage and built-in speakers throughout. It’s also ideally located, within walking distance of restaurants and bars at the Sunset Junction. Despite stay-at-home orders being issued in the middle of our escrow due to the coronavirus pandemic, not only were we able to close this deal, but we were able to close early and negotiated a leaseback to allow the sellers to stay in the home temporarily at no cost to our clients. Our clients can now call this beautiful property home for many years to come.
