This two-story Corinth Avenue condominium was quickly identified by our buyers as their new first home after a search throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.  The 1,500 square foot, two bedroom, two and one-half bathroom condominium is in a 22-unit building built in 2011, just steps away from the new Expo Line, making the location extremely convenient for our first-time home-buying clients, one of which works in West Los Angeles and the other of which works in Downtown Los Angeles.  The unit itself has been meticulously maintained, and exudes more of a townhome feel rather than a typical condominium due to its two-story design and the building’s thoughtful design of putting bedrooms above the lower units and living rooms on the top floor.  We were able to wrap up the entire escrow process, aside from loan funding and recordation, almost two weeks before the close of escrow to allow our newlywed clients to leave on their honeymoon without worrying about any further logistics during their trip.  We were also able to obtain an exception to the HOA’s pet restrictions to allow our clients to bring their additional family members into their new home.  In the end, we could not have asked for better clients or a better property, and Corinth Avenue will be much better off with its new residents.
