After discussing the needs and wants of our buyer clients who were looking for a new home in the South Bay, we moved quickly not only to identify potential properties listed on the MLS, but also contacted our colleagues who are well-established in the area and regularly represent builders of new properties. This allowed us to access off-market properties that were still under construction. After touring several of these properties, we negotiated a deal on behalf of our clients and opened escrow in late January, long before the property was complete. A long wait later, we closed on this modern, brand new property and, with the price having been negotiated in January, our clients already have the benefit of market appreciation and built-in equity on a beautiful new home.
