After an extensive search throughout northern Orange County and the Long Beach area, these first-time home-buying clients eventually zeroed in on the 90808 and 90815 zip codes in Long Beach. The quiet, residential neighborhood boasts a family environment and excellent schools. The search then became focused on finding a home that would allow our clients’ family home to grow, and that was move-in ready. Our clients then opened escrow on another property in Long Beach, but then canceled that escrow after discovering significant problems with the sewer line that would have required extensive and expensive repairs. The cancellation, however, led to the discovery of this beautiful Canehill property. The inspections and escrow process went generally smoothly, which allowed our clients to close the deal on this home in only 30 days.
