Our clients purchased this beautiful small-lot single family home when it was originally built in 2015. With a growing family, they decided it was time to move on to a larger home, and thus made the decision to sell. Based on our recommendation, our clients decided to hold off until the busier spring season to sell, but with all all the preparation done in advance, we were ready to pull the trigger on the listing at the drop of a dime. When the time came, we put the property on the market. After just four days on the market, our clients accepted an offer at $65,000 above list price, including an agreement that our clients could stay in the home for 30 days after close of escrow at no cost, allowing them additional time to identify and purchase their up-leg property. The escrow process and inspections went extremely smoothly, and now our clients will be able to stay in the home for an additional 30 days while they transition into their new home.
