Our clients first approached us several years ago with the goal of purchasing a townhome or condo in Culver City. The inspections and contingency period revealed that the home had been excellently maintained, making the home more desirable and the purchase even more attractive. Less than 30 days later, after an extremely smooth escrow period, our clients became the official owners of this beautiful and spacious property.
